cxracing intercooler kit fitment issues

As im finishing up my first sr swap in my s13 i have a few questions on my intercooler fitment.
Mainly looking for answers from people with the kit however any help is appreciated.
The brackets that it came with i couldnt come up with any way to mount it with there odd brackets besides the top one mounts in the horn brackets and holds it up, im going to make a support for the bottom unless an idea is brought up.

However my main concern is the piping doesn't seem to line up. The first pipe that comes out of the turbo with the bov is to tall, it fits and lines up to everything however my hood no longer shuts with it on. Now my idea is to cut the pipe 1 1/4 inch and have an exhaust shop re put the ridge back in the pipe for the coupler. Anyone who runs the piping without issues? or what did you have to do to make it work? Thanks in advance
