Ive searched all the old turbo kit threads and couldn't find much on the CX Racing kits. http://www.cxracing.com Everyone thinks there're just another chinacharger kit but they claim to be manufactured in the USA and thoroughly tested on their vehicles. Ive heard CX racing is the best of the low end turbos. Does anyone have and experience with these or any of their other products.

There is a thread in the KA-T Section dedicated to all types of china/no name/ebay turbo parts...

I have a SC Racing turbo outlet and downpipe. Both fit great. I can't say the same for the actual mechanical parts that they make.

This should be in the KA-T section by the way. Once it's there WD will lock it because it's been answered sooooo many times.

I have a cx racing aluminum radiator, intercooler, intercooler piping, BOV. 14" dual stage fan and silicon hoses... I love it all.

It all has really good welds and fitments were great... with the exception of the piping. I ordered the universal kit..... haha

I have the radiator as well. Its pretty good. My temp meter used to read at half mark. Now its well below that.

I have the cxracing aluminum rad, fmic kit, bov, downpipe, and silicone lines as well. The quality of the parts are nice, but you're still getting what you pay for.Only thing I don't like is that the fmic core is made of cast aluminum so its heavy and the mounting points are poopy. I havn't tried installing it yet though so I can't say for sure how the fitment of the kit is.

Anyway IMO I wouldn't buy a cxracing turbo kit. The quality of the part doesn't look that bad, it's just I would feel much better boosting a garrett or turbonetics turbo. Might take a while to save for, but a turbo is not something you should cheap out on imo

LOL ...poopy idk why that's funnyI might try it, SOHC kit to see. I wouldn't be entirely too upset if i blow the ka or turbo. just would give me an good excuse to get an different engine right after that.

I wouldn't mind using the intercooler, piping, hoses, etc... but I wouldn't cheap out on the turbo itself. I'd be much more comfortable using a good-condition used name brand turbo instead.

I wouldnt buy any of their stuff, you get what you pay for. After saying that if its an absolute must that you buy cheap parts, I would stay away from their: Turbo, BOV, Wastegate, Manifold. Their mechanical parts would fail much before a quality brand, and look for the manifold to crack.. just my .02

its a Chargespeed lip, from the 90's. lol. It's been discontinued for a while, I've only seen one other person on here with it.

But, it's fiberglass, and i need to fix a few spots, i hit it pretty good a couple months ago and about threw myself off a bridge. lol
