Does anyone have any feed back about the CX racing bolt on turbo kit for the KA24e? I jsut recently bought a 240, shell in great condition DT with 107k. Looking to build an " out of the box" K's Silvia. This is going to be my first build, and my DD. I am also new to the club, so hello to everyone, and thanks for your time and input.

I don't have personal experience with it, but it looks like all the hardware is there, however with most turbo kits, there is no engine management and that is just as important as the turbo itself.

+1I have several CX racing components on my sr,I have aluminum radiator. front mount intercooler, intercooler piping, BOV, silicon radiator hoses, and 14" electric fan. The product is very good. I would not run the turbo at any higher boost than 7psi though. And make sure you have the finances to pay for a ecu tune, because if not it wont last long at all.

Good lookin out on that. So basics I should have a cushion along with a good six hundred or so to get a good performance tuning?

You will also need a z32 or cobra mafs.Ecu tune would suffice for engine management, unless you have enough money to spend on a AEM or something like that.

This kit says it uses your stock MAF, is there something about that I may be missing, or a small gain that is cost effective enough to make the switch?

you can do a mail order tune. but you should add a higher flow fuel pump and bigger injectors.

If it says it uses the stock mafs then thats fine for low boost.
