Anyone had any luck getting Cvtz50.to work on a T33 Rogue? If not, what's a scanner that can do the big 4 maintenance issues for DIYers?

Cvt fluid degradation reset, CVT fluid temp.read, Rear parking brake retract, and ABS pump.flex?

I know for sure that the original CVTz50 doesn't work on the GE series transmissions in the T33. It also doesn't work on any of the newest stuff which scans using Consult4 instead of Consult3+. That might be more of an ELM problem than CVT software, but the last time anybody in here checked with CVTz50 tech support, they said they had no plans to upgrade for the GE trannies. Since we use C3+ and C4 in the shop, I can only help you with what won't work, I can't advise what will. Maybe someone else with a T33 can chime in.

That's cool in general, great info. Is the beta public on the CVTz50 website? If so I'll try it out on all the new stuff.

Sweet. I'll load it up tomorrow. Hopefully it will work on the new Consult4 stuff too (yours still uses C3+, the T33 went to C4 in '24).

I have a 2025 rock creek. Tested the beta version of the app on an old android I have, and IT WORKS

EDIT: this was on some random 10 year old elm327 adapter I had. The picture is in drive at a stop. Pressures all move, as did rpm. Deterioration factor came up after this pic, not sure if that was a bug though. I did run through the extended functions (cylinder cutout, steering angle), and none of them worked.

It'll be great even if it just works on the transmissions. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, they sent me to Dallas for Nissan school this week. Had a class for the new Leaf, I'd say it seems decent and they definitely avoided the most obvious mistakes they made with the Ariya. Will try to give the CVTz50 beta a shot next week.
