I have a 2001 Nissan Maxima. How can I tell if it has CVTC?

Welcome to NICO!

Your vehicle has the VQ30DE engine, which doesn't have CVTCS. Starting with the 2002, Nissan used the VQ35DE engine which has CVTCS.
