Hey everyone, now that I have my Versa and I know that CVT models w/ABS do indeed exist, I'm wondering how many other ones there are out there. Anyone else here have one or have one on order?

Mine's on order.... it's in Cranbrook BC, should be in Edmonton soon then FINALLY home to me in Calgary! I have almost always had ABS in my vehicles and tat's the reason I switched from the S model to the SL.

About a month or so ago, a whole slew of CVT's came through WA state. about a third were with ABS, the rest were with convenience/audio/satellite/sunroof package.

cireecnop1: Just the CVT, no convenience

EV: why didn't I know about those?! I almost gave up on waiting.

Calgary: I guess I should've specified US owners, since I think all SL's in Canada come with ABS.

I don't know. I posted a couple times over the past month or so with available SL's in WA and OR... Can't say I didn't try.

My CVT with ABS just arrived in Idaho today. I will finally get to pick it up tomorrow after having put in my order July 28th (yes that's right I have waited 5 months for this vehicle).

I think all the ones you listed as having ABS were manuals. I'm sure I would've remembered if anyone had posted about available CVT's w/ABS.

Hmm, went back and searched for all of your posts with "ABS" in them and didn't find anything about CVT's w/ABS, just some manuals. If there were CVT's, that'd be big news, as every salesman I've talked to in the past three months has told me that there weren't any coming to the northwest before the new year.

So that's one other person who has one or has even heard of one in the US. Jeez, they must be pretty rare, I wonder how many exist.

Built a Versa on Nissanusa today since they have the sedan listed now and it looks like you can now build a hatch with both ABS and the other packages!!! It's about time. Now if they will just tumble the back seats they will have made the V 100% better.
