CVT vs 6MT

i have 2.5 cvt2.5- for gas mileagecvt- not sure, seller told me resale would be alot higher but the CVT was a grand higher in price, dealer also said MT is hard to find.... they only found 1 dark slate MT 2.5 w/ convience, they said the next one would far

now after 200 miles of CVT i miss having a MT(kinda miss MT in traffic), my question is how much of a hassle would it be to trade my CVT for MT or should i just bite the bullet and keep CVT?
