They have independent shops all over the country. They put your car on a dyno and hook up the ECU, see where the curves for torque and horsepower are, then let you tune it how you like, storing up to 3 different tunes in the ECU (I asked about it at the local shop near me, they said htey normally do gas saver, performance, and balance) which are selected by a sequence on the steering wheel controls. They might be able to get it up and running, but I was quoted $400 for the tune, then $200 additional for the license to retune if I add new performance parts on the engine. Call around and see what they can do for you.
It is a full custom tune meant to take full advantage of YOUR motor and aftermarket parts. It isn't an off the shelf tune like some, they pull the ROM from your vehicle, crack it and remap it, then flash it back to the ECU. At least this was my understanding from speaking with them and from other forum posts. I never got it done because I planned on more mods, and wanted the tune to take advantage of them, but life hit and neither happened
