Is it right that my transmission kind of frozen in the morning (18 F) ?. When I start driving RPM goes up but car moving about 20 ml/hour for the next 10 min then everything is fine. Should I worry about it and contact dealer or its normal for cold weather? Thank you.

since you have a new car, with a warranty, i would certainly let the dealer check this out. you might have a sticking coupler in the rear differential. you might have an issue internally with the transmission, no one really know. its hard to diagnose a car over the interwebs.

i'd love to help you, but its hard to get a grasp on the threshold of whats normal and what isn't.

i will tell you this: in the cold mornings 0F - 25F my car too seems 'stifled' by something. i tend to take it easy, until i get the 3rd dash illuminated on the engine temp scale.

Dealer told me it was normal and to drive it like any other car. He also mentionned the easier I am on the pedal duraing that moment the longer it will take to warm up...hence the drive it like a normal automatic transmission.

My experience is that I would strongly recommend taking it in it you notice problems at only 18F. My Rogue routinely starts at 18F and lower (I live in northern Canada so 18F is considered warm if it happens in December and January) and I do not notice problems until it gets well below 0F.

By "problems" I mean that it is a little sluggish for 1-2 minutes. It just seems to have less power - as if you are driving a car from the 80's (you know, when 130HP was "powerful"). I just keep it under 2500RPM and within a couple minutes of driving (not idling) it behaves like normal.

18F seems far too warm to have any sort of noticeable problems. We hit as low as -35 to -40F once or twice a year, and even then, the Rogue is acting normal within 5 minutes of driving. If has some more bumps and stiffness sure, but I would expect that when everything is literally frozen.
