CVT=Different Floor mats?

I just built a Versa Sedan and according to the sight, you need to order some different floormats if you build the CVT, they are even $50 less than the ones for the 6-speed manual? anyone have an 'edumacated' answer on this one?

I think that makes as much sense as the TPMS system [a bit of Redundant Acronym Syndrome syndrome, I know]. Maybe they'll sport Xtronic CVT embroidery.
