Hi guys,

First let me introduce myself. My name is Lennart and i'm from the Netherlands. Currently I am studying Automotive engineering and for a project we are developing a transmission test bench.

We have got our hands on a Nissan Murano CVT and want to stick this transmission to the test bench.

First of all I would like to know some measurement I hope someone on this forum can help me with. With these measurements I hope to get to know the angle in which the CVT is mounted in the Murano.

These measurements include:
- Distance crankshaft to the ground (for example the distance between the center of the crankshaft pulley to the ground.)
- Distance of one of the front drive shafts output from the CVT(center) to the ground.

These measurements do not have to be super accurate, as long as I will get an idea of the situation.

I would be very pleased if someone could help me with this!

Lennart.
