is the power steering belt on the first groove from the crank pulley...or is that the a/c belt?

It is the belt that goes to your p/s pump..I dont know the orientation on your vehicle specifically. but the pump is mounted on top on the passenger side of the valve cover. the pump itself is your adjuster. loosen the pivot bolt throuh the pulley hole. then loosen the adjuster lock bolt from the front on the bottom. then tighten the adjust bolt from the passenger side of the pump at the bottom[ this is attached to the adjuster lock bolt block] then resecure every thing and recheck.
