It may not fix your problem but it's an easy and probably free thing to try out. I know the pin clicks once per revolution of the wheel, but i could only hear mine while turning too. You may have to replace the pin if the clicking has sheared the head off, but they are cheap at the hardware store. Mine was still good so just turning it around fixed it. I had to replace the cv boots on my last car and it was a pain in the butt, the AWD didn't make it any easier having 8 boots total.Bori83 wrote: Boystar,
That is a good and helpful information. I wasnt thinking about that. I have BC coilover and its pretty low. I was assuming it was that b/c i spit the grease out the boots. The mindbogoling issue is, the boots are not torn. They all seem fine, the grease is coming out through the shaft seal.. Im lost Imma try your info first though, thanks alot for the help.
