cutting the hole for fmic cold pipe to fit through

i trimmed down my battery tray already so its not hanging off the frame ledge.does anybody have a good picture of where exactly to cut for the hole?? im not sure where to start.just need another view.

and im using a saws-all anybody else reccommend a different tool for the job?
