I have a s15 blacktop with a NEO, boost controller, fmic, walbro 550, nismo fuel reg., and exhaust. Without the boost cont. everything is fine in WOT. When I turn it up to say 10psi. doing thrid gear pull, at 4000rpm it cuts out. I am thinking the stock maf is maxed. Please let me know what you thing. Do you need more info.?

yea, you need a maf from a z32...
