hi i got eibach sportlines on my s13 but its not as low as i thought it would be( about an inch of tire gap left or more). Im thinkin about cutting about 1 coil all around. Has anyone cut these before? Is the car bouncy at all or does it feel like nothing has been cut?? Does anyone have the sportlines(uncut) and your car is lower than mine? please help me out with some responses thanks

good gosh! Let those springs settle before you think about cutting up a set of 200 dollar springs and completely ruining your ride.

the sportlines are probably the lowest lowering springs offered for the 240 in the u.s. If you want it lower on a budget, get some sleeve coilovers. i think the sportlines have a good drop for just a spring. For drastic lowering, a good set of true coilovers are the best.

Cutting springs is bad, but I would think that cutting progressive rate springs is even worse. Unless you want your car to ride like crap, I'd leave the Sportlines the way the Eibach engineers intended.
