I'm bringing my 240sx to a car show this weekend and NEED THAT LOW. My lowering springs arent' coming in the mail in time so I'm either going to cut my springs or just quickly bolt on some lowering spring clamps.

What do you think is a better option? I have to drive 60 miles to the car show...

They are both kind of crappy, but cutting the springs would be a cleaner, more hidden look.

I'd probably laugh at someone with spring compressors at a car show :/

That's an awful lot of work, swapping springs in and out 4x in one week.

That guy with the angle grinder is gonna lose a thumb. So much derp.

Best option is not going and instead putting the gas money you save towards a set of new springs or, better yet, a set of coilovers.

Jared Fogel has a better shot at winning "America's Next Top Babysitter" than you do of going to a car show with either of those setups and coming home with some hardware.

Right here. Since 2002. Actually, since 1998, if you want to count 240sx.org. :)
