i dunno if anyone knows the s15 Varietta it has a retractable hard top, how complicated would it be to get one custom on the s13 vert? and the cost?

to my knowledge it would not work. the varietta has an extended trunk to fit the foldable roof. if you look at pics of the varietta's rear compared to the coupe's rear you can see that the varietta has a much longer rear end. for our s13 verts, the rear end was not extended at all i think, so in order to fit a foldable roof you would have to extend your trunk space somehow, if it is possible. either that or make some sort of roof that collapses kinda like a car antenna. but yea i dont think its possible

i know there's a luxury vert out there somewhere, i swear i've seen one with a glass back window and a fold away hard top, stored/hidden away back like s13, above.

You can do anything to a car if you throw enough money at it.

There is one thing to remember, the way the top retracts into the top well, it folds the middle of the window. You can replace the window with glass, but you can't retract the top anymore. I've had friends toy with the idea of putting a zipper window in that can be replaced for a glass one during the winter when they don't put the top down.
