Ok, I have an s13 (240sx) ca18det wiring loom.I also have a vh45de that has had the loom but all plugs to sensors are there. Is there a way I can use the existing s13 loom and splice into the cut loom of the vh. How will I overcome issues such as the injectors going from 4 to 8??ALSO, I assume i need to run the VH45de ecu...i dont have the plug that goes into the vh45de exu just the ecu itself...how can I get around this?Would it be easier to replace the entire loom? (I dont mind like a day or two of messing around in order to tap into the s13 loom mind you)Thanks for your input!

its way easier to use a VH45 ECU wiring loom and then splice in what you need to adapt it to the S13 chassis.. its only like 5 wires that need spliced if you use the Vh45 harness.

Car: lots of unique hot rods, and customs, with modern engines, and a good truck to pull the trailer.

Actually There are, well, like 25, But if you do a search, you can tell me. Nicks writeup, will tell you all you need to know. Search wiring for post title. Good luck, and If you are patient, a aussie builder will jump in sooner or later on where to locate. But from one who knows- use the VH harness. P.I.T.A. without, unless you go custom like FAST,....

Which EFI VH45DE harness do you need?

I have a loom from an '91 and a '92 laying around that I can spare one of.

I also have a '95 harness but haven't decided what I'm doing with it just yet.

Well, off the top of my head, my '95 harness has different connectors for the injectors and CAS than the earlier models .

'89-'94 should be roughly the same efi harness but I don't have a '93 or a '94 harness to compare to.

as far as i know the only differences in the main harnesses is the coil ignitors and the CAS... The injectors have their own subharness and such, same with the coils...

If you have everything and its just a splice/dice situation its not a big deal..
