i have a 92 240sx ka24det my caR seems like it has more but it holds back and back fires it's not fuel maybe mass air?

^word, check the timing, and make sure your plug's are gapped correctly so the fuel doesn't drown out the spark.

Fuel in that of itself isn't the issue. Higher Cylinder pressures, especially when under boost means the mixture is denser. Higher density air means more resistance across a given spark plug gap size. Lowerig the gap simply reduces the resistance between the gap.

There is no drowing as in fuel washing out the spark. Unless of course you have insanely rich mixtures, but then the size of the gap will not be a factor. Realistically, with the heat and pressure existing in a combustion chamber, the fuel will be well vaporized at any A/F ratio that would allow the engine to run. Thus, no fuel to "drown" the plugs.
