Cut out at WOT?

1989 240sx ka24e-manual swap.

The problem:

When the engine gets to around 4k - 5k rpm it cuts out and goes down to about 2k before it stars back.

Things I have done:Changed fuel pump, fuel filter, adjusted idol, adjusted timing, checked ecu codes found coolant temp sensor bad (changed), replaced spark plugs, and changed ECU.

I also recently did the manual swap and thats when I found this problem.

Update:

Also changed MAF, Plug wires and coil.

No one has any ideas?

I'm all out of ideas and out of parts the only other thing I can think to change is the dizzy.

did you change the computer too? i know with my Malibu when its in neutral or park it wont rev above 3 or 4 K, if you have the A/T computer still it may think you car has never left park/Neurtal. also, on my Sentra if the maf goes bad, comes unhooked or has a bad connection the car will exhibit the same symptoms

I have a manual ECU in it and i unlpuged A/T controller and no change.

Any other ideas???

Or are the techs on strike.

I have checked the maf, ran ecu codes comes up 55 no problems, hollowed out my cat still same problem.

I am out of ideas and need this car running by next weekend for a drift event.
