today i went to put my new belts that i got from heavy throttle and i realized that the p/s belt is too short. what. the. eff.anyone know where i can get the right size belt for this? i'm running an s14sr.

if anyone is wondering why the title is talking about cuttin a rib off, it's because thats what heavy throttle says to do but then i found out after i initially posted this that the belt that they claim i need to cut is the alternator belt soooooo i dunno wtf jeff is talkin about.

We have parts numbers for Gates belts in the SR Parts sticky. I would suggest doing that and getting the proper size belt with the right number of ribs.

Cutting a rib is just asking for trouble.

You need a 3pk890 belt - gates makes it - the S13 motors use a 4 rib belt and the S14's (or at least the last dozen swaps i have done) are a 3 rib.
