Customizing pignose bumper? Help me find some older threads.

Hey, I am thinking about doing someting to my pignose cause I already messed it up so I want to experiment a little bit. A while ago (prob a year or two) I saw this guys thread and he had cut out the middle peice of the two fake black plastic vents on the bumper, I want to find that thread and anything other one with people doing something different with the bumper. Also I don't want to do that silvia hood thing and chop up my lights or anything. Thanks for looking, im going to keep searching...

Lol, thats exactly what i was thinking of doing too, I have a sidemount and already have a smaller hole on that side and want one on the other side for an oil cooler. I am going to use the same shape as stock sidemount holes on both sides and hopefully I get the placement right.

I filled the pignose in and cut out the support in the bottom but left it sitting in my garage unfinished, I might go home and work on it today and put up a couple pics.

^That looks OK, too plain for me though. I'm thinking about just removing the peice that seperates the two nostrils but it'll be hard to make it look decent and not haggard.
