Guys

I ordered a crank collar on March 12th from Matt @ GTR Shop, and I still havent received it. I have sent probably 4 emails requesting a status update, none have been returned.

I plan on starting my build in a little over a week (week following the 11th/12th) and I have to have it finished up ASAP to get break-in miles on it. However this will not be possible if If I dont have a collar

Does anyone have one I can purchase, or perhaps pay shipping on it and replace it with the one I receive from GTR Shop?

Thanks

Andy

Ordered mine on May 13th and still have not received a tracking number, confirmation, or package.

Only 1 of my emails were anwsered with nothing more than an excuse of the delay.

Will keep everyone updated

I think he keeps busy because he only pops up on NICO every 3-4 months. I tried getting some parts from him and he didn't get back to me for a month so I said screw it. I don't think he's shady or anything though.

I'm assuming you've emailed them regarding your issue?

Perhaps they sent the product and it was lost in transit?

Of course, you're also not the first person to complain.

I've sent an email to Matt to inquire on the situation. We'll see what he has to say.

Oh I have emailed them...a lot.

Not on a daily basis or anything along those lines, but very frequently.

Ever so often I get a response along these lines:

"I was out of the country and will check on it when I get back"

"Let me know in about a week if you still don't receive it since shipping can vary between 4 days to 4 weeks to the same address"

"Well tomorrow I will check if it was sent out. And if sent more than 2 weeks ago I will send another with tracking"

"Can you confirm if you received the package?"

"We are making adjustments with the price since the orignal price didn't have a reliable tracking service, will send out with tracking tomorrow"

Nada...

I was told they were in stock before I ordered. My emails were replied to pretty quickly before.

I am an understanding person and can see the many possible areas in where the ball can drop. However, there can be a great deal of avenues in which you can correct the situation.

Thanks for your help as well Eikon

Agreed..

I've tried to get Matt @ GTR Shop to clean up this mess, and he agreed to do so. He stated that regardless of the previous issue, he'd send out new orders with tracking to both Coolwhip and Boozted3. He was given all the info necessary, and was expected to live up to his end of the bargain.

We've now gone 3 weeks with no answer.

I recommended to both parties that they file for a refund.

In my last email to Matt, I gave him until this Friday to reply or NICO administration will have to take action.

Sorry guys! Wish this would have worked out.

Yeah had the same issue. They had great response time up till ordering my part. After I gave him my information. I couldn't even get an email back to confirm my order was placed and getting ready to be sent. I waited like 2-3 weeks for a response. Gave up ordered my oil orifice from nugen... Got the orifice from them in 16 days. About 2.5 months after I ordered it from the GTR shop the orifice arrived...... I didn't even think I was ever going to see it......

That is horrible. I do a good deal of dealing with the AU. It only takes about a week to 1.5 weeks for shipping through USPS this 2.5 month **** is rediculous. I could have swam there faster.
