Custom Y Pipe ?

So i want to add on to my megan mid pipes and axle backs but wondering if i need to go custom Y? Does anyone know if they make an aftermarket for the 45s? or do i need to go custom?

hmmm..... debating about it now, how is the sound in the cabin?

Quiet as stock until you get on it, then a bit louder. Not objectionable at all (have routine phone calls during all driving styles with no issues). Primary cats on the headers are the main "mufflers" on this motor, something I hope to fix shortly.
