custom wiring up a horn

I need some advice in custom wiring a horn up.
the car has no steering wheel with a horn button on it.
And the factory horns and wiring have been removed.
Any way I can rig up a button to a set of aftermarket horns, linking them to a custom relay of some sort?

kinda a n00b question but really never had to deal with this before and just trying to get some insight before I tackle this

So your steering wheel doesn't have a horn button, and your factory horn wiring was removed? WTF?

You can wire as many horns as you want with the appropriate relay and a switch. I'd suggest getting a button on the steering wheel though.

dude im telling you this car even though it's low mileage was very very very veryyy mistreated
