With all the talk of oil control I decided to include a few features to assist in that department.
What do you guys think of the trapdoor arrangement? The oil is forced to remain mostly in the rear section with the pickup due to the angled surfaces driving the oil back through the doors.


Trapdoors can open up to 55 degrees without interfering with each other, and still have good clearance to the pickup. Opening angle can easily be restricted to this, and provides more than enough cross sectional area for oil to flow through.

Right, time to export all these pieces to a drawing and arrange them tightly together into one group, all linked by 3mm joins. This is going to be fun. o_O
