I am helping a friend with a custom turbo setup on his 240SX. I have a few questions regarding doing a custom setup with a T3/T4 turbo.

1. What manifold do you guys recommend using?

2. Where do you get the oil feed from?

3. Where should I drill the oil pan for the oil return line?

4. How much boost can I run without an intercooler? About 6?

5. What adjustments do you make to the timing for the turbo?

6. I am planning on using a AFPR to rise fuel pressure under boost. Any objections for low boost setup?

Thanks for the help.:)

1. What manifold do you guys recommend using?

revhard, but stress releive it and port the thing out a bit

2. Where do you get the oil feed from?

'T' off the oil pressure sender

3. Where should I drill the oil pan for the oil return line?

right bellow the turbo, run it as straight and as high into the pan as possible

4. How much boost can I run without an intercooler? About 6?

try 5, 6 might be pushing it

5. What adjustments do you make to the timing for the turbo?

pull out like 1 or 2 degree's at most, it should be allright at low boost though

6. I am planning on using a AFPR to rise fuel pressure under boost. Any objections for low boost setup?

running 90psi of rail pressure isn't exactly safe, but it will work for a short term fix, it is just a very crude system for controlling fuel.
