Custom Turbo Piping

Guys, I need some help for a friend. He is looking for a good exhaust place to make a duplicate copy of his turbo piping. This includes the A-pipe, down pipe and a bracket. The pipes need to be made of at least mild steel, but stainless would be better. Everything needs to be tig welded. Pref a place in Queens or LI would be great. Does not need to be a performance shop, just a good place that does good work. Has to have a good rep also. Thanks.
