Hmm another confusing post. Atleast the topic matches the question in the post...
So to make sure I understand, sounds like you want to weld up a custom bracket to hold what I am guessing is an aftermarket seat you bought for your 240sx, and you're wondering what angel and size of holes you should drill for it...
Well I think this comes to a matter of comfort, the bucket of the seat should be face back at a slight angle, but not so steep of an angle it cuts off your blood circulation from your legs. You'll want to most likely make a square frame for stability, or at least I would. As far as the holes, if you have the bolts measure them, and make it a bit bigger the bolts themselves so the bolts will fit through it.
Now if you're really concerned about the exact angle, I would look at the passenger side, if you don't have a seat rails on the passenger side, look at another 240SX... You may even be able to get away with the general idea from another car.
I would maybe try using some wood 3 foot 2 by 4s so you could put the seat in and sit on it, and get measurements to where you feel comfortable sitting in the car, then make your brackets so that the seat will be sitting in that same or similar spot.
This same idea will also work for a custom bracket for a OEM seat.
Now if I totally missed the bar on this one let me know, maybe clarify, bring some more information to the post, like what kind of seat you're working with and maybe what holes or angles you are requesting, etc. That will help people know what you're talking about. Right now your posts are kind of vague, and don't have much content for us to figure out what you're asking.
Hope that helps!
