yah, if you drive a s13 like me you will have discovered that... THERE IS NO CUP HOLDER!!!

so I was looking aroudn on ebay and I found this

I think 15$ is pretty expensive for a cup holder

I was wondeing if anyone who has access to machine can make this and we order from you? I am sure I am not the only one troubled by lack of cup holder

$15 is a very fair price for a machined piece of aluminum thats not being mass produced by a huge company in china. You're not just paying for a block of aluminum here, you're paying for design time, equipment maintenence, labor, and leaving a profit for whoever designed this. I know I would probably be asking more for that piece had I made it.

Yeah, I think that would mess with shifting too much. If you had an suto, that would be a good idea. But really, who needs a drink when you are sideways?;)

i can put a bottle of coke between the passenger seat and the center console, and as for other drinks from fast food places i wedge it between my seat and the door panel. works ok...but if you hit the brakes hard it might spill.

Same. And putting a cup there messes with your shifting way too much. I know this from experience.

I just take the ashtray out and put the can there. If it's not all the way full, it won't spill anywhere.

I bought a holder at autozone that clips onto the air vent. It worked ok, but I took it off because when I put a heavy beverage in it the vent would get pulled on quite a bit. I didn't want to risk breaking a slat.I'm looking at maybe getting a holder that clips in by the window. Till then my girlfriend has 2 jobs while she rides shotgun, holding my drink, and ...;)

Go to WalMart & spend about $5.00 on "The Wedgie". It wedges between the console & passenger seat, & holds two cups. Works for me unless you're hauling obese passengers.

Ron.
