I was wanting to run a topmount manifold on my rb20 so i can have more steering clearence. I have searched so custom oil line options, but I keep either finding stock metal line or confusing AN fitting part numbers. Can anyone point me in the right direct to find oil and water lines that can work on the stock turbo since running the top mount obviously wont allow for the stockers to work.

Thanks!

search, i did a big post about this, you need adapters for the feeds to go to AN, its in my post i did about stainless oil lines, i have a -6 for water and a -4 for oil, oil drain is obvious and water feed u can figure it out, or send it to the heater core line

Alright, I've seen a few posts by people looking for this part. Haven't seen anyone else find it and post it yet, so if it has been sorry. But it'll help this guy out. ATP turbo, has a 12mm banjo to a -4an fitting. It should be a direct replacement for the banjo in to the head (oil feed). I've got one at home, pretty expensive for what it is($31 shipped), but it took me forever to find one. Other than that, your turbo will have a specific fitting for oil feed. And you can just splice into your coolant lines, or have some made for you, you just gotta measure them up...Hope this helps. I'll put the banjo on my car this weekend, so if you want to be 100% sure it works, I'll update then.

oil feed from the block is a m12x1.25 fittingcoolant feed from the block is a m14x1.5 fitting

My local (aeroquip) hydraulic store had these adapters in stock.

AN-4 hose for oil feed, AN-6 (iirc) for coolant lines...

I think all three lines cost me about $80 or so to have them made locally with teflon SS braided line.

Try http://www.anplumbing.com to find specific adapters and fittings, but your local shop will probably be cheaper.

Alright, thanks for your help!

It looks like it will be 20 bucks for the block adapters, and I will need im guessing 4-5 feet of line to be safe, so that's 35, plus another few feet of high temp return hose for the oil drain.

Looks like it will cost 80-100 bucks for the setup and it will look great and last.

the block and the turbo fitting sizes are different iirc. I went through summit racing to build mine, and ordered the wrong fitting 3 times, and they waived all the "handling fees" until i got all the right parts. you might also want an oil restrictor if you go ball bearing/stock turbo. the coolant line I just tapped the back of the intake manifold where the stock line come out.

You will need metric to an adapters for the block, and the turbo for each line, an oil restrictor for the oil feed, and an hose ends. sorry dont know the sizes, but the info is on here. I'll tell you, it looks really good. Good luck!
