The search button has failed me...

1) Are KA-T manifolds availible for the S13?2) If not, what do I need to know to make one for myself?3) If I asked a shop to do it for me, what would they need to know?4) What's the average price a shop would ask to construct something of this nature?

It'll be a while before I can seriously consider this, but every scrap of info is useful in this extended "research phase".

Manifolds can be got on ebay from SS autochrome, for like 300$.. custom made, can cost around 500-600$ and you OBVIOUSLY didnt search.. considering as there is an entire section dedicated to the KA turbo.

A search on "Custom Manifold" in the KA-T section did not produce answers to any of my questions. Maybe I should have phrased it differently?

Yeah, try to search "Manifold" only... they make production model manifolds... even for the KA24E.. although if you have a DE equipped 240, then your manifold choices will be GREATLY increased...

if you are looking to do it yourself... go to this site. http://www.jgstools.com/turbo/index2.html . and then that will lead you around to a great DIY way of doing it.. Otherwise, hit up SSAUtochrome.com and they have a top mount t3/t4 manifold. that looks very sturdy.
