Nice, do you plan on doing a back to back dyno of stock intake vs. your custom intake mani??

yes i plan on doing a before and after of everything i put on the car. the car is at 420whp and 400 tq @22psi right how so when i dyno it with the bigger turbo , the new exhaust mani and new tuning i will post some new numbers. o and im also going 4 inch exhaust from the turbo back. once all that is done i will start the intake mani.

With two foot runners like that you will notice a much more agressive torque curve. Pretty sweet looking, nice handy work.

You should dyno just the new manifold so you can see what it did to your cars performance. Meaning stick the old turbo back on and check it out at the same psi that you dynod befor. Although thats alot of work... Meh would still be good to know.

nice work BUT i got some consorn's :

you must COAT/do some thing with the ehxast housing...b/c from the look of that will boil/melt your BMC..

so watch that out....OK?

that was the original plan but the old turbo is not twin scroll and i think that would through the numbers off by a bit. but i get free dyno time and tuning so i will have alot of different numbers for a bunch of setups at a bunch of boost levels. i plan on having alot of data to share with you guys.

ya that was a concern of mine when building the mani also. i ill be using a turbo blanket and my new brake fluid res is wrapped in a heat reflecting wrap. and i plan on having a metal sheild in between them. the brake fluid res. that is currently on the car is melted because of a crack in the old ebay mani. i think it will be ok when i am done.
