I'm working on a project and my stock sway bar interfers with other parts now. Anyone know of a place that can custom make a sway bar?

It's honestly going to be easier to just buy some already made.

they probably dont even make em for the nx or pulsar, and if they do, then it would be in the same position as the stock ones, and he would still have his problem.

What what modifications have you done to your car that makes it so that the stock sways will not fit?

I'm putting in a CA18DET but obviously that isn't the reason as it would just drop in. The gearbox is what posses the problem with the addition of the driveshaft.......YUP, going AWD!

It seems like it would be difficult to engineer one, because you are supposed to design flex into the bar, but not have it too flexible or too stiff.

Perhaps you can use an existing one that has dimensions that re similar enough to work. I might think something along the lines of a pulsar GTI-R might work...maybe.

I was thinking the same thing but I haven't been able to find any pics of a GTi-R's sway bar. I would really hate to end this project because of a sway bar. I already have a rear-end ready to be sent to my house. I want to make this work.

Just use a sufficiently stiff spring and you won't need a sway bar.
