Well i was surfing around cardomain and came across a probe with custom lighting that can pretty much be done to a 240.

"LIGHTS - Custom functional sleepy eye, quad angel-eye conversion with projector HID lamps, Piaa H3 Fogs, Corksport clear corners, Strobe reverse lights. VW style cside markers. Phillips Ultinon Xenon HID conversion kit. "Phillips kit

Clearcorners.com does a conversion almost like that, except its HID (phillips D2S from what I remember)

Its an in-house conversion only, therefore you'd have to send a set of headlights in.

But I say you try it your way and let us know if it works, I wouldn't mind doing it.

You mean like this?Yeah I did this myself and it was quite difficult. I wouldn't jump into this project without doing a fair bit of research though. Do you have any info on the angel eye rings on that Probe?

I want those lights sooo bad. How hard is it cuz I got lots of time. Finally got a job after my other one was shut down because of the hurricanes.

The difficulty really depends on how much of the fabrication you can do yourself and how much you are willing to spend. If you know your way around a machine shop, it's moderately difficult. If not, it's extremely difficult.

Now, you may think that I'm an ******* but I will not give you step by step instructions to perform this conversion for a couple of reasons. First, I spent a crap load of time researching the project and a buttload of money finding the right parts. Second, it's a very rare conversion and I'd like to keep my setup somewhat unique. Third, almost all of the information required to do it can be found here at 240sx.org, zilvia.net, or freshalloy.com. I'd suggest starting there first.

If I recall, there is another fellow who has completed this conversion and he plans to sell it as a kit. I don't have any idea of if/when/how much it will cost if it ever materializes. If you want D2S HIDs like mine, I'd plan on spending AT LEAST $650 in parts alone.

Good luck,-Kouki

i'm not much of a DIYer, but hey if someone has that in a kit or can put one together I'll buy one in a heartbeat.

Clearcorners.com, so if i send in my headlights they make the modifications and send them back, so all i'd have to do is install them...hmmmm

No, clearcorners.com DOES NOT work that way. You have to bring your entire car to their shop in California! (it clearly says so on the website). This fact, coupled with the high price they charge, forced me to do it myself. The kit will supposedly be sold by someone from 240sxforums.com, I think, but I don't have any specifics. I considered selling the conversion myself but I don't have nearly enough time to crank them out.
