My 2011 Infiniti G37X Coupe needed an update as it looked outdated without Daytime LED's... WOW, what a difference. My G37x looks like a 2015, only better than the 3 bulb corner kit that costs $700 for the kit and $500 for dealer install!

So I took the plunge and made my own kit. Looks SICK and works better. Parts cost me $50 and I have spare bulbs. :-)

Automatically turn on 100% when car is on. Dim to 70% bright when I turn parking lights, or lights on. Automatically turn off 12 seconds after car is turned off. LED module is very easy simple 5 wire install and inexpensive. Works great as well.

Color brightness match's headlights well. Very functional, very bright during day and night. LED's do not bother oncoming traffic.

I didn't like the pre-made bolt on lights you see everywhere... SO, I used Individual LED bulbs and made my own design. Many combination of 3-5 lights can be installed straight or angled into the honeycomb grill holes. I played around with several patterns before deciding on straight, 4 bulbs, that kinda match the chrome strip of the Fog lights.

Looks OEM as individual LED Bulbs are integrated nicely into the grill... not a bolt on light bar. Nothing wrong with those other than they look like a bolted on light. :-)

I may put together a DIY kit if there is enough interest.

If you live in Iowa, I could be persuaded to do this Mod to your G37... but it won't be cheap. I spent 10 hours installing, building a GRADE A better than factory Harness, soddered all connections, then used heat shrink connectors, loomed everything. Routed harness stealth/safe. Looks Factory. Performs Factory.

Enjoy the pics!

Your DRLs do look very slick. I am trying to do the same to my 2007 but WHERE/HOW DO YOU TAP INTO THE HEADLAMP POWER SOURCE??? I even bought the service manual to try to find a good place but have had no luck. Please tell me how you did it. I will be very grateful.

Unfortunately it seems Facebook and Twitter helped kill most forums. The number of visitors is still high but they don't bother joining and posting, just researching stuff. As time moves on the content will be less and less. It's not like you can search for things of value on FB groups.
