Looks like a simple setup. Wonder why people haven't done this sooner and tried to make money off of it?

because none of the KA guys have money in the first place. A guy I know locally put his heart and soul into a ITB KA setup and couldn't get anything for it when he needed to liquidate his parts. All the SR guys wanted it, the KA guys wouldn't rub two pennies together for some reason.

ITBs are overrated. In my opinion, too much work for too little gain. Sure, it's cool to say, "I've got ITBs" and all, but getting it to actually work properly is quite a task.

Boost is cheaper and easier.

Why all the hate on the KA guys? I'm still gathering parts for my KA-T build, you haters just wait.
