Ok so i know this belongs in the interior/exterior section but due to the lack of traffic i want to posted it here so mods please have pity on me!!!

back on topic...my father made the mistake of saying that my interior was boring and i should have gotten leather...so i asked him if he would be interested in redoing my interior and spending some father-son time together lol he does upholstery for dassault falcon jet (multi million dollar private jets) and has been doing it for 30 years...so quality of the work will be great...i kinda have a blacked out with some blue accents going on in my car and was thinking that black leather with a blue stitching would look badass....something similar to this

so i just want opinions before i venture out and spend the money to do this! hopefully it could be done by Carlisle btw!

Brett!!!

Look into suede door panels..

Look at the 2010 AC;s they have red on the side I would say do that but in blue suede I think it would look sick...

Im personally looking into doing it white in my car

I'm planning on doing some custom leather in my car (when I have the funds). I'm thinking of doing a two-tone black & brown (baseball glove color or maybe the cinnamon color Nissan is using in the new 370z). So I say go for it! Hopefully you'll give me some good ideas.

this is coupe specific so technically ur ok lol

but imo for ur shifter thatd be sick but if i was you ide do a black leather w/ suade blue inserts then make the door panels like dreed said blue suade. For the seats ide deff do the blue stiching but the doors do black go opp u know make it match draw it up or just take a photo n play around in photoshop or even paint so u get an idea of ur color scheme. You want it to flow. Do you want ur interior to POP or just be like of kool black leather with blue stiching depens on how badazz u want it lol

ide love to do this but if i start on this too ill just drop to much into this car lol i could spend another 20g in it if i wanted lol but theres a point of stopping soooo yea

So I called a few shops yesterday found out the suede is very cheap $15 a yard... however the work is extremely expensive first shop I called said $800 to do the front 2 seats and door panels...... Second shop I called said $450 a chair...... GO FUCH YOURSELF!!!!!!! Seriously $450 a chair I could buy a whole new chair for $450.... So I think Im going to post an ad on Craigslist and say $500 for someone to do the whole interior, front seats, back seats, and door panels..

With all these people on unemployment there has to be one person out here that can do stich work and could use an extra $500...

But I dont know if I can get it done before carsile we will see

i test drove a 2010 a month ago and looked at most of the coupes they had. the best interior I saw (other than the red leather) was black leather...looked great in the front of the car, but the back couldn't have been more booooooring ; unless you go with red interior, the back of the coupe has nothing really to offer.

i guess thats why its good to be the driver!
