I've seen 240's where the dash had custom holes for gauges, timers and computers. I want to know if there is anybody that has done it and can give me some pointers on how to get it done.

google around for how to fiberglass. its just a matter of mixing resin hardener and laying the glass over pre built form, or laying it into a mold. if you want some advice send me an email. i have built whole lots out of glass.

here is an entire widebody i hand laid.
