hey guys, me again. Just thought I'd share this with you guys. I was talking to my dad about my car and how I needed more performance parts for it. I asked him if he knew anyone that would make an attempt at trying to make some custom headers for the A/C. He called around and one of his buddies is real good with nissans and he said he'd look into it and do some prototyping with my car. I'm bringing it in tonight for him to take a look under the hood and have some blueprints and all that ready. In the mean time, he's letting me borrow his 300ZX TT for the time being. Will post pictures wenever he starts working on it.

Nice. Hopefully all goes well. Any pictures of the 300ZX TT?

I don't think you need HFCs, but they help a lot.

small update guys, i just dropped off my car couple hours ago and I can say. I prefer to drive my A/C right now lol even tho his 300ZX does have dual greddys I still prefer the sound of my A/C. Anyways, he's going to give me a call the following morning. I hope its good news. Will keep you guys posted and I'll put a word in for you sedan drivers out there!

You can't just change exhaust headers without looking at fueling and intake also. Otherwise you may have an overlean situation and burn valves or worse. And kiss your warranty goodbye.

What makes you guys think there's a bunch of extra power locked up in these motors? I think Nissan did a great job of designing a well-managed engine with good power and pretty good gas mileage.

By the time you get finished spending money and fooling around, there will be something better on the market.

Just stick to the IKP's.
