Custom Header
Has anyone on here ever made a custom header for their 240sx? I am thinking of buying a spare manifold and cuttingthe runners off of it to weld piping to. So thats the question!

Its been done, but its probably not worth the time and material to do yourself unless its a one of for location reasons.

cut the header and use it a template and trace it onto some 1/4 steel

im doing a one off turbo manifold, but its to relocate my turbo to a secret location
