custom fmic mounting suggestions/tips

currently, I am in the process of triming away the back of my bumper to fit it. but i was holding it up to the front trying to figure out where to drill holes to mount it. but i i was thinking i should post here before i did any actually drilling and mess it up. What i'm looking for are any pics people might have of how there fmic is mounted to the front. this goes for anybody with a fmic, even if you got kit.

Mine was all custom, every part. I don't have pictures of the way I mounted the intercooler toward the top of the end tanks, but it was some creative aluminum angle iron. I think the pics help though.

thanks for the pictures they helped alot. along the bottom on the intercooler does it sit in that ledge or is it welded?

I was amazed at how rock solid the cooler was, I can't budge it at all. Anyways just take your time and plan out your moves. Zip ties and duct tape help in holding it in place temporarily while you plan out how you want to mount it

zip ties and duct tape.. man why didn't i think of that. anyways, i got the top supported now i gotta figure out how to do the bottom
