We (RedlineGoods, http://www.redlinegoods.com - known by many here for our genuine leather shift boots) have found a great source for custom made floor mats for our cars!

I was basically sick and tired of my dirty, always moving around and nasty looking floor mats and got in touch with a shop that makes them at a reasonable cost.

Before I give you all the facts, pics, etc. I'd like to explain the purpose of this post. I'd like to know if you'd be interested in getting a set like that for your car and if yes, what's the range you'd expect them to be priced at. My questions are below the pictures, please spare a minute to chime in your opinion.

Product features:

1) Made from plush fabric that really stands out in the interior of my car (see pictures below). It's MUCH nicer than the stock carpets below them. They made a lot of difference in the interior and I've received great comments about them already.

2) THICK, rubber-backed for added durability, they are A LOT thicker than stock and they WILL last much longer.

3) Once you put them down, they WON'T MOVE - featuring a non-skid backing texture of the rubber. Not to mention the shape, enhanced in comparison to stockers to fill the compartment and wedge behind and around other elements for extra grab (ie. the indent on the reat mats directed towards the doors and wedging the mat even tighter against the front seat).

4) EXTRA DURABILITY of the driver's mat: a thick cushion located directly where our heels usually wear out the thin stock mats in no time. These are built to last!

5) CUSTOMIZABLE - we can ditch the NISSAN logo if you don't want it or replace it with another color. We'll be working on providing other logos as well in future.

Pictures:

These were taken with a flash-light, which always brings out any differences in colors of adjacent objects - contrary to what the pics suggest, these are A DEAD ON match for my carpets. I'll try to take some daylight pics tomorrow. Driver's mat. Notice the strenghtening patch for the heels.

Passenger's mat. A little dirty, I know.

Rear driver's side mat. Background is the backing of the driver's mat, notice the rubber backing and it's texture, making it virtually impossible for the mat to move around. Also note the indentation that wedges behind driver's seat.

Here's how the indentation fits the car (which is perfect in my book).

More in-car pictures. Enjoy!

My questions:

1) Interested? If no, why not?

2) How much would you be willing to spend to get these SHIPPED to your house?

3) If you want to buy them now, here's a link to our eBay auction for these (we'll see if anybody besides us prefers stuff that's custom made for the car to the generic items sold there for pennies LOL).

I like the mats but don't own a S14. I would be intrested in S13 mats. I'm not a big fan of the color of the stitching or black backround. I like the thickness of the wear pad.

I'd be very interested if you had a few more color/wording options for the stitching. If the mats had "Silvia" embroidered on them, I would buy them in a heartbeat.

I'd pay around $75 shipped at the most for these.

I would need them for my s13.I'd like it to only have 20sx not te patch but suppose it would cost more.

1) No, because you can still get s14 OEM mats for $65 + shipping.

2) $35 at most.

I agree with 240sx instead of Nissan, I'd pay about $75 shipped but the tubbing looks crooked ( I just realized I've never written or typed that word how do you spell?) especially the rear mats.

1) Not doubting, just asking -- OEM floormats through the dealer for that price or from where?

2) $35 Is stupid lowball for all 4 mats.

I like them, "240SX" would be nice, and I want S13 ones.

i like it simple, black, no 240sx/silvia/nissan/nismo etc... whatever badges on it. i hate emblems and badges a lot.

i'd pay about 50 bucks or so if they're thick and black. spill resistance would be nice.

+1 for S13, I'd also like to see more color combos for the mats. Say different piping and background. I have custom aftermarket mats my parents bought me that have unbelievable fit and the material is awesome but they slide around all the time. Also if you could utilize the hooks like the oem version does, that would be nice; if you can't I'm sure I could do so on my own. I also second the imbroidered 240SX instead of the nissan patch on the side. All in all they look very quality, I'd shell out $75 shipped maybe a shift boot, e-brake boot, and floor mat combo?

one more for the s13...and yes like what ETTInnov04 said i would like them better if you could embroider something in the mat like "240sx" or "SR20DET", or hell even "RED TOP" or somethign along those lines...the patch just doesnt really appeal to me...other than that id be willing to get some for my s13
