Good to kno.. But is it as strong? Cuz u want that area strong so no cracking n s*** ya kno... Anyone kno wat the shops use always see in videos n or shows its a bright green color was always curious..

It's strong enough for sail boats, basically it's a paste that you add resin and hardener to, I'd just assume it's at least as strong as the fleece with resin

I always assumed that was Bondo body filler with a different hardener. Know exactly what you are talking about though. When I did my amp rack I used the hardener that comes with the body filler and it turned into a "salmon" (Feels ghey writing salmon) color.

I'll be putting in a Pioneer 4300DVD deck and Polk Audio when it gets here in the mail. Also, I bought a few yards of Carbon Fiber Fabric. I'll post some pics when I get done. I've already started getting the supplies together to do this though! What area are you in?

i wanna do this so bad but have no access to any of the tools to do it, specifically cutting tools -.- someone should make these and sell em on here, cuz id buy lol.. if anyone wants to make one and sell it to meh or wants to sell a used one leme know lol... really want a 12 inch and a trunk lol

wow really? A guy on who was on here, DRoll, said he got his custom for 250, maybe it wasnt for a 12 inch though... maybe ill get a box and point the sub upwards so i can actually fit a 12inch and still have a trunk lol

not gunna lie... i can rember.. ik i went bak n had to get more.... sry bro it was my 1st time doing it too so i really didnt know just got some stuff n wen ran out got more.. had a autobody supply shop down the block from me...

I bought all of the material for my amp mount online and I ended up buying WAY too much. I think I paid about $75.00 for 50 x 5 feet of 2oz chop mat, 1 gallon of resin, and a bottle of hardener.
