true mandrel bending machines cost upwards of $30k+, so most shops do NOT have them, but a good exhaust shop can bend a pipe without "crush" bends, where the pipe gets reduced(too much) when bending. personally, unless you've got a muffler that you REALLY LIKE, I'd just get a cat-back exhaust system and be done with it, less bends, and the design is done for you.
