If you want to order a light kit from a bunch of idiots then please order from Custom Elements or Cheaphidconversionkits.com.
I placed an order for a set of lights they advertised and had pictures of on their site. I paid a total of 104.00. When I received the light kit it was not the same one they pictured. It came in a box of poor quality and it was all marked Made in China. Where they get made in USA I have no Idea. I figure for the price I would go ahead and install them. Took me about 2 hours to take out my headlights and mount the ballasts. When I was done doing that the wires didn’t match up with what I had on my Dodge Ram. The instructions that came with the light wasn’t even for the light kit I bought and the diagram on their site was no help.

Then we get into their free lifetime support. I had my truck apart for two days trying to get some one to answer the phone.When some one finally answered they said they were going to have a tech call me back but never did. Called several times again and then got the reply “I'm only the salesman I will get a tech to call you back”

Finally after about 6 phone calls he next day I get a guy that is asking some one else in the back ground why the kit wont work in my truck. I asked for them to put the tech on the phone but they wouldn’t. I told them I've had enough you people have done nothing but wasted my time I'm sending the kit back to you. They said go ahead and gave me their address.

Sent the kit back which cost me 12.00. Put a letter in the box I should be refunded the shipping cost as it was their bad business and bad product that was at fault. I also requested some one to sign for the package. They received the package and after over a week I still had not received a refund. I then started to make phone call after phone call leaving messages to ask where the refund was. Never could get some one to answer the phone that was until after I called on my phone, I immediately used my sons phone and they answered. Kind of makes me think they were screening my number. I in short told they guy the entire deal with them was bad news.

The guy said he would check into it and call back. Yeah Right ! Two days later they refund me 83.00 I paid 104.00 and 12.00 for return shipping = $116.00
Can you believe they charged me a restocking fee. I called them and left a message telling them it was a bunch of crap not refunding me my original amount. Never heard back from them so here I am with a review warning the rest of the world. Wish I could run a bad business and come out $20.00 on top.

thats not even cheap for an hid kit. i hate companies like that but to me it seems like that what all places are starting to become. even dealing with my cell phone company i have to go throughout the same crap.

i bought hid s from carhidkits.com and they worked well for about the same price that you paid for those depending on what temp you want.

I would dispute the cc charges or file a paypal dispute in about 2 seconds, assuming you did not pay in cash. Make them come to you pleading with you to clean up their Paypal rep or cancel the Merchant credit account chargeback. Too many chargebacks and the Merchant Account company drops you or charges a higher transaction rate.
