Just received and installed new Cusco pillowball T/C rods and the tension bar to tie the brackets together. First I would like to say that Cusco is by far the best products I have seen yet for the 240SX. The rods are just gorgeous. The bearing is completely covered with a rubber dust boot and the fit and finish overall is superb. I put the bars on in a little over 1/2 hour, no problems at all. After installation I drove around for a little while to see how things felt. Turn in is even crisper and more direct than before. All of the bind in the front suspension is gone. The steering feels smoother. I could not be happier. I sure am glad we got this new account with Cusco, hehe. Can't wait to get the rear arms for the race car too. I feel sorry for my competition on Sunday, it's gonna hurt real bad

Is this the tension bar http://shop.store.yahoo.com/ph....html

And are t/c rods the same as tension rods seen here http://shop.store.yahoo.com/ph....html

is this Cusco tension bar for those brackets the same kind of application as the nismo power brace for the front pillow tension rod brackets?

And you have an account with Cusco, does than mean you get the best prices?

The tension rods are an excellent buy. The tension bar though isn't as good as the Nismo power brace. I've tried the tension bar and didn't feel quite as good as the power brace. Might wanna put some teflon pipe threading on the tension bar's adjuster so it'll stay in position a bit longer and also be pretty smooth when you're trying to adjust it.

So the cusco tension bar and nismo power brace are for the one and same application?

In other words you only need one or the other, not both, correct?

SPL Parts (http://www.splparts.com) has adjustable Tension Rods for $167 shipped, and we are a NICO sponsor.
