hello everybody this is my first time on this forum... well that's because I have just recently gotten an 92 240sx hatch! My other car is a 67 mustang coupe bytheby but im selling it.

anyway i'm looking to iether get cusco coilovers or sustec from tanabe.

can you guys lemme know what's what with the these brands and quality cause i'm fairly new to the jdm stuff... although i've been a big nissan fan forever.

suggestions for other brands are welcome too thanks.

tanabe is awsome and don't cheap out. If I had the cash I would have bought some Tanabe Sustec Pro DD.

tanabe DD is discontinued =/ some dealers might have a couple left though. tanabe should release a newer version sometime next year though.

cusco zero2r coilovers i haven't dealt with but all the other cusco products seem to be top notch but at over 2 grand are you sure you're going to be driving that serious?

if this is going to be your mostly street car and once in a while track/autox or "drift" you can check out kts beta coilovers from spl, silkroad or even tein.... i'd stay away from all the ksport/d2 whatever coilovers though.

I have silkroads and they are decent for the money. If you are going to go all out look at some endless/zeal stuff, Kei office, etc.
