We need to clarify here. First off, not all coilover kits come with camber plates/pillowball mounts. Some use the OE upper bearing mount.
Secondly, camber plates typically integrate the pillowball bearing into it. It's unlikely to find a camber plate for the S-chassis without a pillowball. However, there are pillowball mounts without camber adjustment capabilities.
Lastly, whether or not a specific camber plate is compatible with a specific coilover kit is dependent on the 2 components. It would be fairly safe to assume a camber plate made to work with the factory shocks will likely fit a shock/coilover designed to work with a factory upper bearing mount. Though there could be exceptions. If a coilover is in the plans already, perhaps find a kit that comes with the camber plates.
